David, the owner, is amazing. He genuinely cares about what he does, and you will not regret using his service. He is super approachable and knowledgeable. He will answer all of your questions throughout the repair process. He is very professional and transparent about what could and could not be done. His pricing is beyond reasonable. He takes time diagnosing and gets into the root cause of what is wrong with your phone before starting the repair. If you have a broken phone, do not go and buy a new phone without going to see him.
