Walked in and asked for a computer built to a spec. Never heard from them after leaving my info and discussing the build. Called to see what was going on, they said they found the work order and would let me know. Got a text about it, they had the wrong info about my address. Called back to fix it, they couldn’t be bothered to return the call. Guess they didn’t need my business, built my own computer instead.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, they are straight forward and honest. My laptop upgrade went as smoothly as I could have possibly hoped. I am now a loyal customer of PCI!

TL;DR - Amazing customer service/interactions, *far* too high of charge for certain product services These guys are really awesome! They are nice, have great communication, and do quick diagnoses. I have, and for diagnoses still will, recommended many friends/family to take their computers there if I wasn't able to help them with the issue. Although they really do a good job working, parts of their pricing structure is pretty insane. My friend took her desktop computer in to get it diagnosed today. The result ended up being a toasted ssd. So, the stated fix for this was to install a new ssd, as well as windows. The price that was given for the work to be conducted AND the ssd was $197. I know that the stated ssd was a 456gb Kingston A400 (probably meant 256gb), which is fine, but this ssd costs $33 (for 480gb) on amazon. Additionally, on Kingston's website, under the A400 ssd, it states, "makes it [A400 ssd] ideal for notebooks and other mobile computing devices." I understand that money has to be made. I don't discount that in any way. However, charging ~$164 just to install a ssd and flash windows onto the drive is actually insane.

We use them for our office technical issues and they’re typically fast to respond and friendly when helping. They offer support through remove control of the system as well as through standard phone calls. The only issue I’ve experienced is that they’ve missed a help ticket and my issue didn’t get resolved for several months (wasn’t a serious issue though)

Excellent customer service; they are honest and helpful about my laptop problems every time I go here. I was given insight, knowledge, and shown what went wrong so I know what to do next time, as well as advice for future problems and what my options are. They are very knowledgeable and show it by sharing that knowledge with the customers in a friendly way so we can figure out how we want to proceed. They sell laptops, but will direct you to other places if they think you'll find something better suited for you elsewhere. They looked over my laptop and were able to fix the problem without opening it up, and they didn't charge me; I am very grateful to them.
