What an utter waste of time! I called customer service and explained an issue i had with my printer. An appointment was made for me, and the representative explicitly said that a diagnostic was available free of charge as long as I could bring the printer into the store. I agreed. After making the drive to the store and arriving, I had to wait almost 10 minutes passed my scheduled time only for the rep to tell me they don’t do diagnostics on printers in-store. My only option was to have a rep come to my house for a $100 charge! Just to run a diagnostic!! Utterly ridiculous! Not only was my time wasted due to poor communication, I was also presented with a ridiculously high fee to just check my printer. What a disappointing experience! It’s highly unlikely that I will ever come back to do any kind of business here, or even shop at the store.

Went to the geek squad at the best buy and it was a total waste of time! Spent 15 mins on the phone to set up an appointment and another 30 mins to drive there just for then to tell me they couldn't fix nor help me with my Dell laptop (granted it was a older model) worst part was that the rep said they'll fix it but apparently that was a lie and to top it all off the guy at geek squad said I'll spend at least $400 dollars to fix the cracked screen on my laptop when I found someplace that charged me $40 to repair it the same day. Geek squad needs to step up there game or hire more competent employees.

They said they fixed the blue screen error, called me telling me I needed to buy new parts like ram, hard drive...etc...it's back to its problem and occurring more often. Computer blue screened 5 times in 25 minutes. Horrible service, all around horrible.

Made appointment with Geek Squad Mobile for GPS, Radio Installation after a month I went there and the person who was working there said he can not do this job as he has no experience doing such installations . he had no knowledge of cars and specially electronics , I think he only knew very simple things , 100% sure this person is not made for this job they should let him go as these kind of people destroys the business. he showed 0 % respect to us, to our time and to the money we pay for it. I checked with other location like, Port ranch and Northridge location and I got straight answer that we don't know these things .we can not do such installations. The other guys worked here before Geek Squad take place were the best , they were educated , smart , respectful, knew a lot about job , I have installed GPS and Backup Camera with pervious guys working here and it works perfectly for the past 10 years . unfortunately these new technicians are the worst and they just waste your time and money .

one of the places in America which has the worst uneducated technicians. The guys in Mobile department know nothing about cars and installing items. I made appointment to install in dash GPS to my car at the day of installation 30 minutes before I go their technician called and said please don't come as I don't know anything about installation of such units , he said don't go to any of these places as we have no experience and there is only one person who knows everything but he is too busy to train the new people whom join this place. but still I made appointment and went can you believe what happened? the guy who called him self technician did not know anything he couldn't recognize red and black wires but acted he knows a lot , he was so dumb that he called his manager and asked about wires and at the end he said he can not do the job as he is not sure what he is doing and if he do it he will not be responsible for anything happens later. I had no choices except to say sorry I don't want to install this in my car , can you believe that is what he wanted and he became very happy and simply said okay and canceled the appointment. no one should go to this place anymore it is waste of time, money, and most of all they don't respect you, your time, money and request.
