Tino and his staff are the best. My go to tech guy. Love the remote PC service also. I can call in and they help fix my computer while I stay wherever I am at.

It pains me to write a negative review on a small business, but this owner does not have honest business practices. We brought our iPhone in for a screen replacement, and three months later the screen failed. One of the employees agreed that this would fall under their warranty policy, but the owner Tino disagreed. The owner placed blame on us by “ dropping the phone” or “ bumping into something while it was in my pocket “. This is completely untrue. We did not damage the phone, the part is defective. The owner refused to honor his warranty policy. When we disputed the charge with our credit card he fabricated a false policy that was not originally listed on our invoice. Instead of trying to work with us, Tino is trying to take advantage by charging us a second time for a new screen. Customers BEWARE of this establishments shady business practices.
