I am so grateful I found this guy! I needed to replace a very hard-to-find, vintage Apple Cinema Display to work with my old computer, which still works fine and I’m not ready to let go of yet. After spending hours combing through eBay and various other websites, I called Melrose Mac in Burbank, CA and they suggested I call Adam’s Apple across the street from them. Adam is a virtual treasure trove of old and new Apple computers and accessories, which is just what I was desperately looking for. He had exactly what I needed at an incredibly fair price and within an hour I was back home and up and running like normal. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and even gave me valuable tech info for when I eventually upgrade to a new computer. This guy is terrific. Thank you, Adam! You are a life and money saver and I will definitely be returning to you!

It's an amazing place for computer repair and data recovery! After the Apple store technician said there was nothing to do, Adam and Eddie recovered all the data from my damaged iMac hard drive. Thank you so much! Within a few days, I received a revived iMac with a new, faster hard drive and all my data back. Reasonable prices, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend their service.

Called and spoke to Adam because office's basic Hewlett Packard computer's power supply was not functioning. I asked before making an appointment to get diagnosis and fix if they had the part (identified by part #) and if so how long it'd take them to swap it out for us and do a quality check. The quote given was one hour and that they did have the part in stock to fix. I took the computer from office to their shop for repair. They did not fix right away as they said they would (because they didn't have other clients at the time) and asked us to return once they gave us a call. After an hour and a half I called to get status update. Adam had not even looked at the computer to confirm the diagnosed problem. I went back to the shoppe and the computer had not moved. I asked if he had the power supply in stock and suddenly it was a "Proprietary Part" that he did not have and would take 2-3 days to get. Firstly, I'm wise enough to know that a basic HP compact desktop's power supply is not proprietary. He lied to me to get more time. I did not call this out and instead asked why he had taken so long. He again lied and said he had many other clients he'd been working on; a direct contradiction to his reasoning for getting me in the shop with such immediacy. After another hour (2.5 total) I returned to get the diagnosis and computer back. He again said it required a "Proprietary part" that he could get in days (not hours from any Best Buy or private supplier) and he did the "diagnostic" in front of me. I had already deducted that the power supply was the issue before even calling them. Adam then charged us $45 for the diagnosis that was unnecessary and basically got paid for convincing me to bring them the computer and hold it hostage for some hours. Would absolutely NOT recommend this place or wish experience on any consumer seeking serious computer hardware repair.

Last year, I had a PC that required a fresh install of Windows 10. A very simple repair. I dropped it off and explained the full situation and provided all materials needed to make the repair. Bought my own new flash drive to create the disk image and all. Didn't hear back from them for over a week and when I called to check in on what was taking so long, they hadn't the slightest clue how to fix my computer, although, I had explained on drop off AND all that was required was but a simple Google search. I had to explain to them how to go about fixing my computer and on top of that when I received my computer back the first time, there was all kinds of third party software, malware and spyware installed onto my computer, despite their claims to specialize in helping customers avoid such nuisances. I dropped it back off and requested that they fix this problem and was met with attitude and frustration on their part. (Which should should have been coming from My end) I later found out that it was not removed, just relocated AND there were multiple unauthorized and unrequested hardware changes made to my computer as well. Very highly DO NOT recommend this place. Avoid like the plague. Update: Re: Owner's Response No, there is no confusion. I can see the location and images of the building of this location. AND I still have the disk image they created with all the malicious files on it. They are just trying to deflect and avoid this bad review. Just because they don't remember does not mean it did not happen. Nice try tho. LOL

Adam is AWESOME!!! SO kind and helpful and he quotes you up front. I'll definitely come back for all of my future PC repairs. I also see that he sells secondhand PCs and Macs. Once I save up some more money, I'll head over there to purchase one from him!😄😁
