SWAT PC

I recently brought in my custom-built PC for diagnostics and repair after running into some issues that I couldn’t figure out on my own. From the moment I dropped it off, I felt completely at ease. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and immediately made me feel reassured. I was overwhelmed and unsure of what was wrong, but he took the time to explain things to me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Despite dropping it off towards the end of the week, he was able to diagnose the problem and communicate the issues within just a few days. Once we identified the faulty part, he quickly arranged for a replacement and had my PC fixed sooner than I expected. Not only did he repair the issue, but he also rebuilt my PC very nicely, making sure everything was perfectly in place. The level of communication and care he provided was outstanding. I’m beyond satisfied with the service and highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of computer repairs.

Everyone was so nice and friendly! Super helpful installing windows 11 for me and even cleaned up the pc for me as well. 🙏🏻super grateful for their knowledge and expertise. I will definitely be coming back to upgrade my pc with them.

Brent is fast and good at what he does. 10/10 recommend his shop. Took my computer in for a aio install and windows 11 install( I was having a critical error died code) thank you Brent!!

Totally updated my old PC, installed a new hard drive and otherwise made it better than when I bought it for about a quarter the cost of a new one. Have taken several different computers here and always received first class service Highly recommend
