Made my repair very detailed and to the point and repaired my laptop monitor pretty quickly for a good reasonable price. Definitely will come back and recommend people to use for their technology needs.

I took my HP printer in on Nov 29,2024. The printer stop printing in blue only. The service fee was $85.00.The girl was so unpleasant I started to leave.another times over the phone unpleasant.one more in store visits she had very pleasant customer service.on Dec11,2024 she left a message they could not fix the problem but it's ready. Once I arrived at bytes, I said that's not what I wanted to hear.she and the older man was very pleasant.the younger guy was mean mugging me while standing in a room wrapping a cord around his hand.upon leaving the girl said I had a 30 day warranty, I said on what? I feelt scammed! You couldn't fix the printer, you got paid.I left with black ink over my printer. My fax cord was missing. I left with the ink cartridges on top of the printer instead of installed.I got home the printer wouldn't print in any of the colors.black ink skipping and letters printing over letters....why me 🙃 I had to trash it.

At first impression, it seems like the technician knows what he's doing, but I brought a laptop that only needed a screen replacement. It took a long time, and if I didn't call, he wouldn't call me. Later, I went to pick it up because "the new screen wasn't displaying any image." When I got home and plugged it in to charge, the fans started spinning wildly for no reason. I had never had a problem with that laptop before. I took it to a more reliable technician, who told me that the motherboard was damaged. (That laptop was not cheap.) Basically, he ruined it. HE IS NOT A REAL TECHNICIAN!!! His knowledge is basic and poor.
