Came here for a simple battery change. Quoted a wait time of 2 hours that turned into 3. There are so many employees, but it’s like no one actually has a specific job. There are people coming in and out of the back and they will keep checking in/assuring you that “it’s coming out”, but then another employee will come up to ask for your name and tell you the same thing. What a mess.

When I think of apple, I think of innovation, sleek and happy atmosphere. People helping people navigate thru the apple ecosystem. I as an investor and consumer its hard to write this review. But alas, i must give an unbiased review. I feel this location doesn’t fit the criteria. I’m not sure if apple is slipping or if it’s a Bakersfield thing. I waited, and waited for assistance. Then a woman walks in and is helped right away. While 4 and at times 5 associates are just having a conversation. Apple change before you are considered rude and a hassle to visit…. Unless you want to be the next DMV.

First of all, I’ve never owned a scratched cell phone in my entire life. I bought an iPhone 16 ProMax 1TB model that has a small deep scratch that you can run a fingernail over. I didn’t notice this until three weeks later. The sales lady was rushing, and I didn’t appreciate that at all. I don’t know who exactly scratched it whether it was me or them. I have no plans to return this device because I don’t return things. I should have held this phone up to the light inside the store and inspected it. I did have the sales lady put one of their screen protectors on it, which I later removed because I don’t like screen protectors. That’s when I found the scratch a few days later after removing the screen protector. It’ll cost me $379.00 to fix this. I’m not happy, and I’ll never be a repeat customer at this location. I also want to note, the charger they sold me was open box and charged as new.

This isn't even towards the store I switched over to iphone for my kids with full regret. I hate Iphones I need to go back to andriod so I don't have to be charged for every little thing. Or need to have my damn card on file. My kids delete apps from my phone i already have and can't redownload them. But i'm still pay subscriptions on it's just plan stupid even for items that are not even being charged you still need a card smh

worst customer service ever I had been in four times for my Apple Watch not charging and each time they just blow me off. This fourth time I went, they made me go on in the three To four hour waitlist when I had an appointment earlier that day and came back with the requested items. You would think they could just pop by watch on the charger and see that the charger was a problem and give me a replacement real fast, but I guess not really disappointed. also, the people that greet you when you walk in just stared at me and kept talking to each other until I interrupted and asked “do I check in with you guys or do I go to the front?” to which they sighed and then opened their iPad
