Brought in a $2000 MSI laptop for a repair after failing to find ANY shops that had the part available. All telling me it'd be weeks till they'd get the part and more to fix it. I finally was referred to this business, and upon speaking to the owner on the phone, I was confident in their ability to provide a timely service. Within two days of dropping off the computer, they correctly diagnosed and solved my issue, as a matter of fact it took me longer to PICK IT UP than it did for them to fix it, due to me living in South Central LA and the drive being around an hour or so. I was expecting $100 plus for the bill, but the surprise I got when the owner told me it'll only be $70... wow. I cannot stress this enough, previous reviews from years ago need to be updated to reflect the absolutely wonderful service I received at Virtual Future. Had a chat with the owner and he was very welcoming and friendly, with a long list of certifications and decades of IT and computing experience under his belt. Laptop works perfectly and there has been 0 problems with the repair. I couldn't recommend any other place, this is THE repair shop for all your issues. Thank you, Virtual Future and the great man that runs this place.

I went in to get my computer fixed hoping it would be inexpensive and quick. It took them 3 days alone just to get a price and it would take an additional week to get it fixed. They were trying to charge me $300 plus taxes on a computer that is worth $400. When i declined their offer they immediately cut the price. They never reached out either, i had to call everyday to get a response. I really disliked the service and their attempt to overcharge me 0/5

I beg you to just go to somewhere more professional and worth the money. This man had my PC for almost TWO MONTHS. I came here for him to switch my PC case to a new one that I bought. However, there was a wiring problem with the lights in the case I had bought, causing it to fry my motherboard. This man insisted that was not the case. We bought two more motherboards. He fried them both. Finally he told us it was indeed the case causing the issue. What a genius. I now have a downgraded computer with an i5-2400 when I had an i7-4790. At least he gave me them back so I can go to another place. However, he did not refund me the money I paid for the service. Please look for any other place. It's worth the money. I came here for a cheap deal and I guess you certainly do get what you pay for.

My slightly older laptop that I bought 2nd hand and use for work, was giving me issues where it would spontaneously shut down. I took it in for diagnosis. So they kept it over night to see if they can pin point the problem, of course it didn’t shut down while that had it. Lol. I offered to pay but he said diagnostics was free! And gave me back my lap top. I was happy he didn’t want to charge me or take advantage of me, so I left it again so he can reload the operation system. Turns out that was the problem. He was so nice he let me stay at the shop using their WiFi to redownload my programs so that is I had any issues he could help me out right away. Everything went smooth. I will definitely go back for any repairs I may need. In facts he’s helping me find and buy an extended battery for my laptop. Super nice guy, very helpful and did not try to take advantage of someone like me who’s not very tech savvy. THANK VERY MUCH!

I bought a Video Card from there and the guy that sold it to me told me it was working. I got home and popped the Video Card into my computer and it didn't show anything on my monitor. Took it to a REAL professional to check my computer and they told me it was the Video Card. I paid him $350 for a faulty Video Card. Don't waste your time going there if you're looking for parts or for repairs. Take your PC/Laptop to a REAL professional.
