Where should I start.. Called for some questions about a Hackintosh build I was working on. Oliver was very informative and took the time to guide me through what component are best compatible for my needs. Scheduled an appointment to drop off my computer. He was very knowledgeable, attentive and professional. Picked up my computer 2 days later and was blown away by the performance and speed. My build is super stable so far and I’m very happy with it. Prices are reasonable and the service is exceptional. I only wish he was closer to home. I drove an hour and a half each way but it’s worth your while. Honesty is important and I felt like Oliver was clear, concise and fair. Wishing him great success!!

Oliver is extremely friendly and took care of me from the moment I called. He was up front about pricing and took the time to explain what he was running diagnostics on, and what solution he had in mind. I have a 2500$ gaming rig that suffered through two consecutive brownouts that corrupted my motherboards bios. I tried a CMOS reset and everything a somewhat literate computer enthusiast would do. Not even 2 hours, Oliver fixed my issue, gave me what I considered a fair price, and I was on my way back home. I would absolutely go back again, and if you're looking for a local spot? This is it.

I went in last week to get my Msi GS65's fan repaired and even though my laptop is a little more difficult to service then other laptops, Oliver got the job done in a timely manor and at a good price. What makes this place great is how awesome Oliver is at customer service and how well he knows his stuff. Oliver tells you things how they are and explains things well, he'll leave you understanding what work needs to get done, how it will work etc. He even went above and beyond and waited for me to show up with an SSD to install while the laptop was opened up. I would happily return to The Computer Spot if I ever need anymore work done to any of my tech, couldn't recommend this place more! 👍
