The worst repair experience I have had. It took 8 months to get my printer back. Nothing but excuses each time I checked on the progress, which was basically that he forgot to order the parts. After a month, I purchased a replacement printer. After six months, he returned my money for parts and labor and said he would repair it for free. Two months later, I called to follow up and he said it hadn’t been fixed yet, but that it would be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, he charged me an additional $25. for a new waste tank. My printer had been there so long the heads had dried up and in cleaning the heads, he wasted half of my ink and filled the waste tank. He had the nerve to charge me for a new one. Use this repair place at your own risk.

My Epson R1800 was not performing properly. I thought it was time to replace it but first I called numerous repair places hoping to find one with the experience to handle it. It’s not a normal printer. Larry at CSA took care of the printer and when it was returned I was surprised that it worked as if it was brand new. I am so happy with his service and reliability.

Owner Larry Canter repaired my old Epson LQ 570+ dot matrix printer in one day. Turns out the home position detector was broken and the printer head kept ending up on the left side of the printer carriage with no printing occurring. I brought it in when his store opened and he replaced the broken part and had the printer working at the end of the day. I'm back in business again without buying a new dot matrix printer. Repair price was reasonable. Years ago Larry also repaired my old Okidata dot matrix printer until it "died" with no replacement parts available.

I have an Epson Workforce printer that we have had for over three years and works well. All of a sudden it started ejecting pages when you hit print without attempting to print. I was on the phone for three separate days with Epson trying to unravel and go thru people in the Philippines that kept asking me the same questions over and over with no resolution. They finally told me to take to a repair center so if you have an older printer do that first and do not waste your time. I called Computer Systems Approach and brought in my printer. Larry was diagnosed the problem evaluated the printer and recommended changing the print head and a another part. I got the printer back the next week after a reasonable cost and it works better than new. He called me the day after I dropped it off and kept me informed of what he needed to do and updated me on the progress. I would highly recommend CSA for any printer problems if you want a good solution and not waste your time on the phone with people that cannot give you any logical answers unless you have a very simple problem.

Great service and pricing! My computer failed in the middle of a production job. I called at 9:30am on a Friday and the repair was done the same day by 12:30pm. Saved my job! Thank you!
