Hi, I would just like to say how impressed I was with the Customer Service I received today from CPR. I went in with a home button that was broken and was given a choice to either replace the actual button for $50 or she could put a setting on my phone that would give me a home button that I could use in lieu of that and it’s for free. So I chose the free option because I’m not sure how long I’m keeping this phone. She was very helpful very informative and I just greatly appreciate the fact that she Was honest with me about being able to put a setting on the phone instead of just charging me $50. Thank you so much. This is the second time I have been to CPR and they do not disappoint. Thank you, thank you thank you

Woke up today to a phone that wouldn’t turn on… CPR fixed my phone in 20 minutes! Their customer service was amazing and they are very reasonably priced! Highly recommend using them for all your electronic needs.

Update: They did finally get my phone in and the service was better than I expected. They were very polite and understanding of my distaste of the situation. They quoted 45min to fix my phone but I swear they fixed it faster than that. Overall, my initial impression of the company left much to be desired, but they did have me leaving with a much better impression. I appreciate the dedication to changing my initial view and working to make the interaction more pleasant. Been waiting for 4 days now just to get my screen in the shop so they can fix my phone. I went in Thursday afternoon and was told they should have my screen on Saturday and no later than Monday. Now it’s Monday and they still don’t have my screen. I could’ve shipped my phone off and replaced it by now. This is ridiculous. They better have my phone fixed fast after all this BS. I haven’t been able to take calls or operate any feature on my phone this whole time. I’m a manager and my phone is pretty important for the job. I’m extremely unhappy right now and I’ll update my review after the repair. but as of right now, I don’t recommend these people if you’re wanting something done fast, this is a horrible first impression.

I brought my phone in today because it would not charge or turn on, i was going to file an insurance claim and get a new phone, but Kari was able to find out the issue and get it fixed within the hour. She saved me $279.00!! I would highly suggest bringing any device here. They diagnose issues for free and give you genuine advice on a plan to get it fixed! Thank you so much Kari!

First of all, online, it says to pick your phone type for a free quote. I thought maybe they would call me. Nah, they make you schedule an in person appointment. I mean, it was easy to make the appt online, and the guy in there was nice. But this doesn't make sense to me: I wrote in depth online what the problem was. I walked in for my appointment. The guy didn't even look at my phone, just pulled up my appt on the computer, walked to the back to check, and came out and said they don't have that part and would have to order it (about 3 days). Like cmon, you couldn't have called or emailed to tell me that when you already had all the info 🤔 waste of my time and gas. Found somewhere else in Rogers that fixed it the same day in an hour.
