Darrell is very thorough with his work, You can tell that he really knows his business and when explaining the issues with my laptop he lowers down to my level and explains to me in terms that I would clearly understand what the issues are.His recommendations are accurate, he understands that things nowadays can be expensive and recommends the best option for my budget and my equipment. I would recommend Darrell and PC Repair Network to anybody with any PC/laptop issues. Thanks Darrell!!

Definitely do not recommend. He stole parts from my laptop and left my laptop at a UPS store. Justice was not served. Darrell is a con artist. This man deserves to be put behind bars for theft!!!!!!!! The police literally let him skate unless you take it to court. But according to these reviews, he already has cases where he has been ordered to pay customers back AND HE STILL WILL NOT PAY! Do not use him if you work hard for your money and do not want it to go to waste. I promise the good reviews are not real. He’s a con artist !

I regret using this provider. I regret entrusting him with my valuable possessions. I regret not being patient enough to wait 2 days to schedule an appointment with Nerds2Go Mckinney as originally planned. The relationship began positive with Darryl visiting my home to pick up equipment. Pricey fix, yes. He later fixed my screen, but my computer came back with more issues that made it impossible to use. We trusted and appreciated Darryl and I gave him a lot of business to attempt to support a local business owner. The relationship turned sour with poor communication, unresponsiveness, long waits, inconsideration for honoring deadlines after expressing time-sensitive work deadlines to him, and practically theft of my computer charger without any care or concern. Apparently, I've learned that I am not the first with this complaint. I was serviced by Darrell Elliot. He markets his value as being a mobile service. Darrell did not take responsibility for problems that transpired following his first fix and blames the issues on problems outside of the 'warranty coverage.' Thus, he charges me more money. I declined to continue the service and requested our equipment back. When he was in possession of my laptop, his responsiveness became slower. He did not return my equipment until nearly two months later. To date, I am still missing my charger, which he lost. The fact that he lost my charger very easily leaves me with concern that perhaps it was never being worked on for the two months that my device was with him. Darrell is very good at demanding payment, but when it comes to him delivering or even reimbursing, he moves as slow as snail mail if at all. He has stopped responding to my communication. No charger still--I've been very patient and gracious in my requests. I've provided my Cashapp username as he requested, still no reimbursement. I've come to realize the truths in several of Darrell's negative reviews online. I can understand how customers feel scammed, ghosted, and under-served. I appreciate being part of the Collin County task force against similar businesses such as Darrell's and will work tirelessly to ensure consumer protections for Collin County residents against providers such as Darrell. I am terribly disappointed in Darrell. I am terribly disappointed that you, Darrell, do not esteem yourself or your business to deliver and follow through for trusting customers. The lack of professionalism you've demonstrated is embarrassing Darrell for someone with your experience and skill. You've trended toward giving more reasons for why the public would be nervous about utilizing small business PC repair companies. I will sum it up here-- Pennywise, pound foolish. Whatever amount of money you think you gained from what we've already paid you, you've completely lost the opportunity to service a long-time contract with our businesses and the providers within our network. I've read all of your reviews online and I blame myself for taking such a foolish risk to give you a try. My advice to readers, find another provider that will take care of you and actually be around long enough to talk with you or provide resolutions in the events of conflict.

Darrel is a Scam artist please DO NOT send this man money up front ! He will block you from every number you call him from ! I trusted the service because of the good reviews but I now know they are fake ! I sent him 300$ for a mobile repair service he called me back pushing me to pay up front after I told him I would shop around for a the best price , but he said the prices would go up quickly and I thought I was getting a deal! after 4 days he told me I had to drop my computer off to him and I wasn’t comfortable with that because that wasn’t the agreed service so I politely asked for a refund and he said “there isn’t any money” and that I had to wait until the parts came so he could send them back .I waited a week and he said the parts were lost . Then another week and he said he would call me back and refund me , then a few days and he yelled at me , then a few more days and he would block me. I paid him via Zelle on 6/23/22. It is now 10/26/22 and I’ve called him from around 30 different numbers all getting blocked when I ask for my money back. He says “what’s your order number , what was this issue? , oh let me get with the other technicians” THEN BLOCK. The police are now investigating him ! I just don’t want him to do this to anyone else.
