Paid them TWICE for a repair and my laptop still doesn’t work. I went here and got a laptop repaired. A few days after the screen went out. He insisted it had nothing to do with his repairs and was just a coincidence (big coincidence!). I finally relented and paid him to repair it again (as a consolation, he said there was no upcharge on this one, just the cost of parts.) When he repaired it this time, he said there was a small issue with the framing that he couldn’t get a part for but that it was a total non-issue and would have nothing to do with how well the screen worked. He said I could just super glue it down and wouldn’t have to worry about it again. The next day the entire screen fell off (It still worked, but would not stay connected to the frame), which was a lot worse than how he described the issue. I superglued it, trusting that it wouldn’t affect the screen itself as he said. And now, about two months later (with zero physical damage caused on my end) that framing has fallen apart again and the screen has gone out again. Wasted around $4-500 in total and back where I started.

Excellent and fast service and at a very fair cost. My wireless adapter went bad and he fixed it in a few hours. Wayne can give you a turnaround that's much faster than any big box retailer.

Awesome Service!!! Patrick and the team gave my 2015 Dell Inspirion 5755 new life. They installed two 8GB sticks of Ram, Swapped out the original hard drive for a new SSD drive and replaced my heat sync fan all within 24 hours. My computer used take a whole minute and a half to start now it's like 20 seconds. Plus the computer runs super quiet now. Thanks Fellas. I appreciate the help!
