I went in to buy a laptop and was truly blown away with the service we received from every employee we interacted with. They went above and beyond in every way. Really great job, Little Rock location! Everyone here deserves a raise!

We were helped by both Brian and Jamie during a technical issue and both were extremely helpful helping us create a solution to our problem. When faced with another challenge through the online ordering and apple’s phone support the manager there (didn’t catch her name) helped us and made sure we left as happy satisfied customers. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful.

Place is trash. I go in just to grab a MacBook Air. I know exactly what I want just can somebody grab it for me? Nah that’s crazy. Just a guy walking around apologizing for the delay instead of just grabbing a computer. Left and went to Best Buy and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Well, I had an appointment at 1:45pm and checked in at 1:45pm. Nobody came to me until 2:12pm after I complained several times. What’s the point of appointment if we have to wait for almost 30 minutes??Even worse was, obviously there were several employees idle and just browsing the store. The security guy, receptionist, and another guy named Patrick were not kind and didn’t care how customers feel. I have visited more than 20 apple stores across many states, and this store provided me with the worst experience ever. Oh, the person who helped me at the genius bar was good enough though.

I recently bought another iPad and had to have help setting it up. I had to set up an appointment to get with a team member and had to switch off to another member. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I had to come back another day to reset some passwords, once again the service was excellent and the team members very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you! Thanks for not making an old man feel stupid!
