CPR Cell Phone Repair Jacksonville

Thank you to the outstanding service provided by the professionals at C.P.R. in Jacksonville! I took my son's iPhone in because of a severely damaged screen and I was greeted by Thomas and Taylor. Both were very friendly and Thomas immediately went to work on the phone and it was done within 15 minutes! Very fair price and excellent customer service! Thank you to Thomas, Taylor, and also John! I cracked my phone. Thank goodness I purchased the insurance. Filed my claim they sent me to Ubreak it, We fixed it worst customer service ever! Thank goodness I checked with my carrier before just paying out of pocket to go somewhere else. They sent me to Cell Phone Repair in Jacksonville, what a difference a day makes. Best customer services from the time I walked in the door to the 30 minutes.....30 minutes it took Chris to repair the phone. It you need a repair done take it to them. If they can't repair it or the cost out weighs the replacement they will be honest with you ( I overheard the manager have that conversation with a customer that came in while i waited).

Super sweet gentleman helped with a new screen and protector. Even though the protector was stubborn he worked thru it until it was perfect. Answered questions for when I get my new phone on getting it set up with my own case and protector. Will come back!
