Nathan and Charles called 25 minutes before arrival. Both technicians were polite upon arrival. They had predetermined parts in hand to fix our dryer (thumping noise) issue and did so in a very productive manner. Thanks for the quick fix!

This morning, Louis from ACS stopped by to fix our LG washing machine. He called to make sure it was a good time to do the repair. When Louis arrived, he was respectful and a kind person. He came in with a no-nonsense type of attitude, one can appreciate if you want the work done right. Thank you, Louis.

Louis was phenomenal and highly professional. Came out to my house and fixed my new tv within minutes. Then updated the tv and made sure it was back to brand new. I highly recommend him to anyone

Our technician was wonderful! The home office customer service keeps hanging up on my husband and all I want is my 1 year old laundry machine to work for my family of 7. Lots of laundry to do lol. Hopefully, they will help us get this fixed, and understand that you shouldn't be hanging up on your customers, and your technician should be willing to come back to fix it right if he didn't resolve the actual issue, instead of forcing us to file a new claim for the same persistent issue.
