I had an issue getting data transferred to a new phone from my old one and was worried. I'd lose my photos. I was referred to the good folks at Spa City iRepair and they got it done in less than 20 minutes. Four days later I'm sitting here enjoying the cool things Google did with the pictures of my grand babies. I very much gratefultheir tech skills and kind service. Their location is convenient with handy parking. They carry a good selection of accessories for all kinds of devices. I'm glad AT&T referred me here. I recommend their services.

This company did us a great job! They got the job done in a timely manner and was very reasonable on price. Also gave me some advice to help prevent future issues with my son’s PS5. I will be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!

They're not expensive, except if I consider that I'm not completely happy with the work quality. Had a cracked phone scene replaced and it worked fine for a few days. Within a week, there was a key spot that didn't sense properly, so it was unusable. We were away for a while, so I couldn't take it back and ended up just getting a new phone. Not sure I'd go back to this store. Just found Computer Store at 123 3rd Street. They don't charge anything to diagnose the problem with my computer.

I purchased a flat cell phone charger. It wouldn’t work. Took it back and asked for a refund. She said they don’t give refunds. She said I should’ve bought the heavy duty adapter to use with it. My simple wall adapter would not work on it. The Hispanic guy that sold it to me did not tell me this. She said I should’ve asked. No I shouldn’t have to ask. He should’ve told me. Then she said “ how many ways do I have to explain this to you”. She was so incredibly rude to me. I will not use them again. Nor should you.

Amazing repair shop they do great services and their work is great, but they do not warranty the parts they use or the work they perform, if something goes wrong/defective you'll have to pay for it again. It might be just an Arkansas thing or the business but repair shops in Arizona they all give one year warranty on all their parts, even mom and pop shops and even the Mexican owned ones that I assist and help at doing repairs for. I had to leave a review as this is the first shop I've ever heard of not warranting the parts they use. 🚩 Two stars deducted One for having to pay again and the second one for the inconvenience of paying again to another shop that gives a one year warranty on all their work.
