WARNING: Do NOT get your phone repaired here. They are NOT a certified Samsung repair center. They charged me $400.00 for a new screen/digitizer that broke a day later. I brought the phone in to be covered under their "6 month warranty" and was promised it would be covered. 2 weeks later the part finally arrives and they say it is not covered any more due to damage that occurred AFTER the screen they had replaced was already broken. To rectify this, there was no effort by the owner or management to engage in honoring the warranty they assure you and you are promised. Instead, they wanted to charge an ADDITIONAL $400 because they claim they can't send it back. Incorrect, as a person who worked in this industry, that is a flat lie. THEY ARE NOT A CERTIFIED REPAIR COMPANY FOR CELL PHONES DO NOT GET SCAMMED $400 Go to Best Buy, they are certified and will do your repairs for $250 AND they do honor their warranties and word.

The computer guy wasn't capable enough to fix my laptop and that is NOT the reason for the bad review. I don't care he doesn't have the skills he needs to do his job. I really do not care. What I do care about is his inability to communicate properly with a customer. He said he tried to call me multiple times about my computer, 3 weeks later, showing me a blown up printout of a phone screen with my number on it twice. He told me my phone was disconnected, which it never has been. Which is also fine, whatever. The problem started when I told him I hadn't received his calls, showing him my phone and he started to argue with me. Again telling me he called the correct number and my phone was disconnected. All the employee had to do is say something like, "huh, that's weird, idk what happened, sorry about that." OVER, THAT'S IT. Customer relations 101 and something a good person would do. But he was so concerned with his ego, him being correct and T-mobile was wrong, he had to keep arguing. The manager was not any better. Telling me he wasn't concerned with anything I had to say, or how my account showed that I hadn't received any calls or been disconnected. These people did not act like good Christians. Go to the other computer shop where they can actually help.

Charger port of my brothers phone was broken. So, we took his phone in to this place to get it repaired. They said we would get it back by Thursday that week. We waited until Thursday. The phone wasn’t ready. So we waited again. We got his phone back yesterday (Thursday of the NEXT week). His phone screen was absolutely trashed. Bottom of the screen doesn’t function. Top of the screen has “black droplets” in it and the screen has glitchy lines across it. We called and asked about the screen and asked to get it repaired for free. We also told them that the phone screen was in perfect condition before we gave them the phone. They told us that they didn’t do the damage. On the plus side, the charger port is fixed. I don’t recommend this place.

Dropped my phone off to have the screen replaced. Was told it would be done either Thursday or Friday. Wednesday of the next week I called because I still hadn't heard back from them. On Wednesday they said the screen just came in and they are changing out the screen now. Then said it will be ready this afternoon. Now Thursday I drive over an hour to come get my phone and I'm told they don't even have the screen or let alone have my phone fixed. Horrible customer service and lack of communication.
