PHONEDOCTORS - iPhone and Mobile Device Repair of Fort Smith Arkansas

Went by yesterday because my mom couldn’t hardly hear when she got a call and had to take all calls by speaker. We had a nice young gentleman clean her speaker and fixed the issue. So very professional and timely we were there less than 10 minutes total and didn’t even charge her. Highly recommend.

Will always leave a review every time I come by here because these guys are that nice and know there stuff. I just needed to learn how to move photos onto and SD card cause old Samsung phones make it very confusing. But he also gave me a better suggestion that will make it easier for me when I want to print or put them on my home computer when we get one. I have been to places that won't help me without charging me for their time. These guys have never charged me a dime for that but also when I have had to have things worked on helped me the best they could with the price when my family didn't have much. THIS is how a business should be ran. I forever will mention this store and the great people in it for all your phone needs fixes or even simple questions. Thanks for helping me again phone doc guys. Had some charging issies with the port. Within a minute Jonathan had me charging again. The connection was strong enough to hold my phone ypsdke down and boucing on thr cord like new. Really appreciated the fast and great service.
