Walked in and employees acted as though they could not speak. They just stared at me awkwardly. They are also not great at communication. I called earlier (before arrival) to inquire about pricing and the process for printing. They transferred me and no one answered. When I walked in, there was an issue (on my end), where the email did not send correctly. I had told the lady I sent it and instead of her saying anything, she just continued to sit there. VERY awkward experience and I do not plan to return.

The lady in her 30's was... very odd. They have a $5 thing for printing. You'll save money going to Corner Post tbh and not have to feel awkward. I only came here because they were closed for lunch 🤷🏼‍♀️

Wow! What a great group of professionals! I work for Philips Healthcare and had a huge install project in the El Dorado area. During the installation, our group needed expanded printed schematic wiring diagrams, thermal paste ( for PC heat sinks ) and dual DVI splitter video output cables. El Dorado Printing had all these in stock, with a smile. Thanks Again! Steve

Do not buy equipment from this business. Bought printer scanner copier fax combo. Was told problem was needed new toner but in reality was sensor problem all along. Seven cartridges later. Come to find out because they no longer sell that brand they could not get parts so they just kept saying I needed to replace toner.
