Jake was pretty awesome. He fixed my 8 year old laptop that got dropped too many times destroying the hard drive. His price was good and has a nice rapport and gave recommendations on other products. Felt comfortable as a woman going to his home business, he just gives off nice guy vibes. Knows what he's doing highly recommend!

Working with Jake was a delight! My pc had been having small issues that suddenly compounded and he was able to lend his expertise almost immediately! He did an extremely thorough job examining my computer and gave me updates as he went. He was also very honest with the issues and his prices were extremely reasonable given the effort he put in!
