Absolute worst place to go I asked him to do exactly what I paid him to do... Which is to fix my bios I go and check on my PC 4 days later all the guy has done is sit my PC on a shelf and allegedly "updated" the bios even though that's not what I asked him to do and he charged me for it. upon further inspection he hasn't even done what he said he's done and he charged me for literally doing nothing. Close to $50 bucks and 4 days worth of my wasted time. Perfect trap for dumb boomers who don't know anything about PCs, you'll get swindled here.

Super convenient for when I'm doing tech work in Conway. They do seem to stock a wide variety of computer accessories and networking parts, which has been immensely helpful when I've needed something in a pinch. The young lady who oversees the office is quite pleasant and professional. A++

GO HERE BEFORE YOU GO TO BEST BUY OR ANY OTHER BIG BOX COMPANY FOR YOUR COMPUTER! They know their stuff! They build custom computers to fit your needs and wants. Very knowledgable and worth every penny. Have had them build me a tower back in 2004 and it never gave me a problem. Bought a laptop, that I still use to this day, back in 2016. Going to have another tower built by them in the near future.

So I went in and the woman I spoke to was very kind and funny. She was willing to help me in any way she could and even gave me a manual keyboard to connect and type on due to my laptop keyboard not working. However, after charging $82 (I can’t remember the exact price but it was around that) my computer was not fixed at all, and the guy that works on them didn’t even look to see if it was a hardware issue, at least to my understanding. If I am wrong about that, then I understand, but my computer still was not fixed.

They were awesome and very accommodating! I got a new case for my work PC - they initially said it would take 2 days, but when I told them how important it was, they took care of it in 2 hours. That was a few weeks ago and haven't had any problems since then. Thanks, guys! :D
