Very unprofessional business. Not trustworthy at all. Dropped off with list of what I wanted and business never contacted me back. Went to pick up and business said nothing he can do. . .ZERO ACCOMPLISHED. Yet he charges $50.

They replaced my gaming laptops keyboard within the same day I brought it there, and when I discovered audio issues (due to a loose cable underneath keyboard) John fixed it within an hour for free. John knows his stuff 100/100

Business like you went to a buddy from grade school who is the guru now and helps out in the best ways he knows you wanted but didn't have a clue until a month later when you figured out you need one but he covered it. Before you left.

Grand customer service! I needed my laptop back in the same day I brought it. I was able to get it back, better than it was before, in just a few hours. Would recommend to anyone! July 12 2021 - As normal very kind and knowledgeable. Again, would continue to recommend.

Dropped my Galaxy S6 off for replacement of the charging port at 5pm one day and it was fixed and fully charged by 8am the next day. Fantastic and quick service, and super happy that they didn't crack my phone when prying it open! Price was $69 which was way cheaper than getting a new phone!
