The G.O.A.T. of computer repairing!! The employees were extremely friendly and personable, fixed my laptop keyboard in a timely manner, and constantly kept me updated. They were extremely transparent of the processes that they were going to fix my computer with, and really explained how they were going to repair the issue, and the tests they were going to run. On top of this, the repairs were extremely affordable compared to the other places I called. They even gave me a rate on the phone and gave their best estimate of cost, affordability and parts - extremely good at diagnosing. Highly recommend to take your services there!

I thought I wrote a review for you guys but apparently I havent! From experience, Tucson computer repair has been the most honest, reputable people in the business. I have been to many shops, local and otherwise and nobody has been better. It should be noted I myself have, I would say, above average computer skills. So I am especially picky on where I take my computers. Prices always fair, service always top notch. If anything I have personally seen Michael not charge for things he could of to help his customers out. I have had them build a computer (a very complicated high dollar build), repair computer physical damage, and provide all around general computer maintenance over several years. I don't go anywhere else. Plus they are almost always there, ready to pick up the phone. You won't he disappointed. TCR is one of the best in AZ!

I can't say enough good things aboutTucson Computer Repair Service! Michael helped me achieve my initial goal, data recovery, AND was able to get my 12 year old Macbook Pro beyond a limp mode and operational. Now I can clean up the mess I have created over the last 12 years and put my files in some order that makes sense. Michael's patience with a lay person such as myself and his technical knowledge and skill set led to a good experience. I can recommend TCRS without any reservation.

Longgg story short. I have relocated from N Ca. There I had a custom PC built, soon after moving Into Tucson my PC gray screened. I call one repair service they came to my home and informed me they could not do anything, BUT gave me a Business card for Tucson Computor Repair, BUT I have already called and 2nd repair man, who arrived at my home took my PC, returned it un repaired 2 days later after freaking out that I had no info on him but he had taken my PC (really dumb). 3rd repair shop / service dropped off PC 2 hours later called and said he could also do nothing, when I went into pick up my PC he also gave me Tucson Computer business card. Underscore 3 repair shops / people 2 gave me the same business card. FINALLY I got smart called Mr Michael Cohen of Tucson Computer Repair Service. Long story longer, the guy is GREAT explained EVERYTHING he was going to do and why. Day and half later he called when he said he was going to. The next day (2 days total) I picked up my now working great PC. Then Michael Cohen spent close to an hour and explaned every single question I had and gave me a PC 101 class on what I was doing, what not to do, and what to pay for it. Im 67, I been around the block a few times and if everyone operated like this man does America whould be great again, no red caps needed. Dont waste your time or money on anyone but this company. Michael, I cant thank you enough much thanks!!!
