I came here after seeing a good ratings to have my cracked iphone15 screen replaced, when they “fixed” my phone the face ID no longer worked, next day screen was completely unresponsive and would have to factory reset my phone for it to work before my phone completely blacked out for one an hour. I was told I would need them to put on another broken screen to get a refund of almost $300 spent at the dump. I do not recommend this place, go else where! Thanks to you all I will be buying a new phone completely. I don’t want another “working” screen.. thank for the offer of disappointment and another dissatisfied customer!

Karl was amazing! When I would try and charge my iPhone for past few weeks it would charge for few seconds and stop- only having it charge with some weight pushing cord in and an angle would get it to fully charge. I googled and tried to do the cleaning out with toothpick and air spray can- which helped for about a day. Brought it into Karl here and he used some tweezers and pulled out a large glob of lint- then cleaned it up and phone is charging like normal- best part is he said there is no charge! In this day and age a business not charging for doing actual work is amazing and almost unheard of! If anything goes wrong with my phone I will definitely bring it here.

I have a patient that requires a great deal of knowlege, skill and patience on the part of their medical personnel so when I need the smartphone repaired I call QF first, see if they have the part I know I need, go there then wait until it's done. QF has a man there who for lack of a better word is USELESS! Another word one might use is DISHONEST! In this instance there's not much difference b/twn the two. So, I go in knowing exactly what my phone needs and HE tells me that "the port was just fine!!" (it wasn't). He went on to say that the phone needed a new charger. "I just bought one from you last week," I say. Then he wanted me to buy a block which that too was bought w/the new charger. Now my phone is useless BC of course the port wasn't replaced and well lets just say that Quick Fix will be recieving correspondence on my behalf very soon! Although the work phone wasn't the problem (we have ppl who take care of those), it's just as invaluable to have ANY phone used for my work in100% working order ESPECIALLY if the patient has severe disabilities.
