I recently had my phone screen repaired at CPR Cell Phone Repair Tolleson and I am thoroughly impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed the damage and gave me an honest estimate for the repair. The repair itself was completed in just under couple of minutes , and the quality of work was top-notch. My screen looks and works like new, and I haven't had any issues since which gave me peace of mind. Overall, I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing phone repairs. They’re quick, reliable, and professional—definitely my go-to for any future issues!

Based on my experience, this repair shop has a no-refunds policy on diagnostic fees, but I was hesitant to bring my son’s phone to a third-party shop. The phone was overheating and wouldn’t turn on, so I decided to give it a try. I explained the phone’s issues to the technician, who suggested it could be due to a dead battery or a damaged board, and informed me of a $75 diagnostic fee. I agreed, paid, and returned six hours later to pick up the phone. The same technician brought out the phone and said that the battery was in good condition but noticed a red water indicator in certain areas. I was shocked, as the phone had never been exposed to water. He also mentioned that there was nothing more he could do to fix it, and the phone looked untouched, exactly as I had left it. I felt like I had just paid $75 for nothing. This experience reminded me why I’m wary of third-party repair shops. Next stop—the Apple Store, to see what they say. I’ll keep you posted on the results.

When I walked into the store the employee was helping a customer and then a second employee came out from the back. Both employees did not acknowledge me when I was standing in the store. After the customer left I stood in the store for an other 2-3 mins and still was not approached. Not a hello, smile or a someone will be right with you. This gave me the impression they did not care for my business and both employees were not welcoming. A total of 5+ mins of me standing in the store not being acknowledged. So for that, I would rate professionalism at an all time low. Engagement with customers also low. If I could rate my experience a 0 stars I would. I will happily take my business elsewhere where. Which I did and was greeted immediately when I walked in. How I except to be treated. My exceptions were not for the employee to stop helping the customer prior to me immediately but was to be greeted when I enter the store. And after the customer left my exception was especially to be greeted then. I would not recommend this store.

We paid about $500. Our iPhone had issues with the screen not turning on and the charging port not working and once they fixed it, it was okay for about a month but after that the charging port stopped working again and the screen would move on its own and lock the phone. Overall, it was good at first but after a month, it went back to not working.
