These guys were great, quick, friendly and far easier to work with than any Apple Store. If you’re looking for an easy simple consult and fix for apple products this is the place.

Highly recommend the Kangaroo Apple repair shop. The guys are calm and friendly. Although it took a few things to try with my Mac, they finally solved the problem. They are easy to work with and do a good, quick, efficient job. It's great having an Apple repair place really close to home outside the Chandler mall. Will definitely continue to use them!

Everyone who works here is incredibly nice, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place and wish I had gone to the Apple Store instead—it would have saved me days of frustration. I initially called to confirm they could replace my cracked screen the same day. They assured me the part was in stock, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. The part had to be ordered, resulting in my first wasted trip. When I returned to have the screen replaced, the repair seemed fine, and I thought the ordeal was over. However, I didn’t check my front camera before leaving—big mistake. I later discovered the front camera was no longer working, even though it had been perfectly fine before the screen replacement. When I called to address the issue, I was told I’d need to bring the phone back in for a diagnosis, then wait for the necessary part to be ordered, and finally return for the repair. This turned what should have been a straightforward screen replacement into an ongoing hassle, costing me even more time. Not only did getting my screen repaired here result in more phone damage, but it also required significantly more time and effort than a standard repair at Apple. This was my first experience using a non-Apple repair service, and it has confirmed that I’ll stick with Apple moving forward. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same frustrations. If I’d read a review like this beforehand, I could have saved myself both time and further phone damage. Proceed with caution.

This was the smoothest experience I have ever had with tech repair!! Huy was kind and helpful :). I went in to drop off my laptop for screen repair and it only took about 10 minutes of my time and when i picked it up 2 days later I was in and out real fast. They are authorized by apple which helps knowing they are trustworthy and cheap because they accept apple care :). I recommend this over the apple store any day and will 100% be back next time anything of mine breaks!!!!

Absolutely incompetent. Do not waste your time to go there. The screen on my Mac Book Air was dark and I chose this place because it was on my way going east on US 60 from Phoenix and this place was closer than San Tan Village or Scottsdale. Well it was a big mistake trying to save 15-20 minutes extra drive. On December 19,2024 As I enter the room (very unpleasant place to be apple authorized service provider), a young man asked me what’s wrong and as soon as told him that my display is not working he open it and while pushing the start button he pointed a almost invisible small scratch that could be a piece of something stuck into the screen but he said “you have damage and warranty will not cover it”. Well I had seen many screen cuts, chips and even big cracks but the display is not completely off. I asked the guy if he could test it but he said no sense because this is a owners fault and there will be no warranty coverage. The next day ( On December 20, 2024 ) I went to Apple in San Tan Village, the Apple representative did connect my computer to external display, ran some tests, look at carefully top, bottom, the screen, keyboard and accepted it for warranty repair. On December 24,2024 my computer was repaired and ready for pick up. See all the attached email screenshot to confirm my statement above and PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE. I will make sure to file a complaint with Apple so they don’t disappoint their customers with this ignorant joker that somehow got a permit to touch Apple equipment.
