Lui helped me on no notice. He got my pc in quick and instantly figured out my issue. i’ve been custom building my pcs for 15 years and I couldn’t figure it out. getting a new pair of eyes on the issue was needed. He was fast and great to work with i highly recommend even if you know what you are doing to use this place.

Excellent, fast, and affordable service, was able to call them first thing in the morning the Saturday of a holiday weekend, get my pc in, complete serviced and repaired and get it back the same day. Isreal even stayed open an hour late so that I would get my pc back the same day, amazing service, will be returning and would 1000% recommend, even for first time computer people, super friendly and accommodating too!

Even though their website says free diagnostic service it's entirely false. Kind of sad they seem like a solid place to get service done. Edit. Added a photo from their website clearly saying they will verify the issue at no cost.
