Really it's a 100 stars. John was incredibly helpful and understanding. He gave great suggestions on what I should get to replace the broken parts, and he was very great about keeping me up to date on the status of my repairs. I will definitely be going back to him for any and all computer related needs.

Best computer repair service I've ever gotten in my life. What sets John and his company apart from everyone else is that he treats you like a person and not a ticket number. He's always interested in coming up with the best solutions for the customer as well as trying to save the customer the most money he can. I used to always get my old computers fixed at Best Buy's Geek Squad or some other store nearby and was never satisfied, nor did they ever fix my problem. But with JB, his service is like night and day compared to the old stores I used to go to. My desktop had a very specific problem -- the display on my monitor suddenly shut off one night and the USB ports completely stopped working. It was as if my computer had shut off, except all the fans and RGB lights were still running. I spent countless hours trying to fix it on my own and couldn't get my computer to boot up properly or get the USB ports to work and so I took it to JB Computer Networking after googling a few different repair shops. I called a few different stores but decided to give JB a try even though he was the farthest from where I live, and I did so without reading any reviews or even noticing that he's got a 5 star rating on google. I took a chance but he sounded very reassuring and professional over the phone so I trusted him. I've recently read a handful of reviews saying that he very quickly fixes PCs and while that is true, I was not in a hurry as it wasn't exactly an emergency, and in my case he spent weeks on mine. It took around 2 weeks to get my PC completely fixed because it took a while to narrow down what the issue was -- it turned out to be a dead motherboard and CPU -- and because I decided to order a better model motherboard rather than wait for a replacement to be shipped to me from the manufacturer. Once the replacement parts arrived he very quickly rebuilt the PC. I also decided to order some new parts for it such as an SSD for extra space which he installed at a very fair price. It says a lot that even after multiple weeks he refused to give up on finding a solution for my PC, whereas every other store would not have spent more than a few days of work at the most and then charged me without fixing it. But JB was determined to fix it, which he did, and he went above and beyond making it faster than it ever was before. Once all the replacement parts arrived, he cleared his schedule and made my PC a priority. I told him I was a night owl and usually awake late at night, even past midnight. He called me as soon as he finished everything I asked him to do for my PC and told me I could come pick it up, which was around 10 PM, so even his hours are very flexible which I appreciate. How many businesses can you say are open at 10 PM? Within a couple of days of getting back my PC I noticed it had a couple of issues that weren't present before, one of which was that the fans were running a little too loud for my taste, which he fixed extremely quickly at no extra cost. I also called him the other day to come out to my home and take a look at my dad's PC which was running very slowly. Once he arrived, within 20 minutes he had already diagnosed what was slowing it down and immediately found a solution. He even gave me a discount to fix my dad's PC which was greatly appreciated and he taught me how to avoid running into the same problem that slowed it down in the first place. John is very friendly, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to find a solution that is most accommodating for the customer. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone and would gladly pay for his service again, should the need ever arise.

John did a wonderful job working on my machine. I was experiencing high temps and had lots of thermal paste on my board from the manufacturer (see attached image). He was able to clean up everything and resolve my high temperature issues. Interacting with John it was clear he knows his stuff and that he goes above and beyond in his work. To round off this positive experience, service is charged at a fair price that people may struggle to find with larger companies. Overall, JB did a fantastic job working on my machine. I would highly recommend anyone who is having difficulties with more advanced troubleshooting see JB before you take it anywhere else.

John came to my home and like an expert he fixed my computer there on the spot. He explained perfectly the issues and showed me how to resolve them as well as resolving my main issue. Great communication and punctuality. He is definitely my go to for any PC or network related issues. A+ 10/10 would recommend 👌 This was also the 2nd time he has fixed an issue for me and has been perfect both times.

I brought my computer to John the day after finishing the build because it was showing a couple error lights, the next day I get a list of issues he found and fixed them all. He definitely knows what he’s doing and does it great! He was very helpful in explaining what other upgrades I could do, if I have any more tech trouble, I’ll be taking it right to JB’s.
