I can't really say that I would recommend this shop. Almost a year ago I was down there going and having the thermals on my Nintendo switch redone. It was the middle of summer and the fan has started to grind. I took it down and had the paste and fan replaced for about 80. Now I don't game on the switch as much these days as the kids have largely claimed it. Last week they said that it was shutting off. I decided to look at it and when I opened it up to my surprise there were a lot of things wrong with it. The first thing I noticed is that the heat pipe was bent. This is bad as it prevents the heat from traveling to the heatsink to be blown out by the fan. We normally see it bent like that when someone grabs it by the top and pulls trying to remove it. As I continued the teardown I noticed that the fan was rattling. I took a look at it and the fan they replaced it with was missing the rubber O rings. These are important because they keep the fan from moving. When it rattles it can become damaged. As I continued my teardown I found that quite a bit of thermal paste was leaking out of the IHS assembly and the top was bulging. When I took it off I found that an insane amount of thermal grease was used and it was running off the die head, across the AFO and on its way to the flash chips. I decided to order a new fan with rubber O rings, a new heatsink assembly, a new IHS, and some paste. Total material cost was about 40 bucks and 30 minutes of time spent just cleaning up the excess. Photos included are from when I was replacing the fan and cleaning everything up. Been repairing things for 20 years and I've never delivered a unit back like this. I've never drowned a unit in grease either as too much acts as an insulator. Be careful with this shop please. Inspect your items when you get them back. Now the switch is back to normal and running about 21C cooler. The kids no longer have a desire to sacrifice me to the Mario gods. This is what 80 dollars of work looks like I guess. November 19th 2024 update: I reached out to support via email and phone a number of times. There was no solution in sight as they "don't know what to do." Just stay away from this company. They don't know what responsibility is. Just repair your own stuff and build a skill set. You're better off in the regard.

EXCELLENT & very knowledgeable service every time I come here. I have complete confidence in the work they do, and that they will continue to be as helpful as they have been. In fact, the woman who works there noticed I had a flat tire, & Preston who was helping me with my phone, actually changed the tire so I could use the spare to get to Discount Tire. Talk about above and beyond service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We stopped in after a unsuccessful visit to Verizon and Kay was beyond helpful. Filed our claim in store and got approved instantly and she had us back and running within the hour. HIGHLY recommend stopping in for phone repairs. Best experience yet with any phone repair process! Thanks Kay!

When we first arrived with our broken screen on our phone on Monday, the lady technician told us that because there was also a broken camera, the repair would likely be ready only on Friday or Saturday. We were travelling out of country the following Monday so getting the phone back before we left, was very important. On Friday, when a male technician called to say that the phone was ready, my wife asked if it was ok for us to pick up the phone the following day; the technician said that would be no problem. On Saturday morning, we travelled from Benson to Sierra Vista and found the store to be closed. Why would of 2 of the technicians tell us that a Saturday pickup would be available when the store is not open on Saturdays?!? We were forced to conduct our trip without our phone. Upon arrival at the store on our return, we stood around for 15 minutes while the two technicians were with other customers - chit-chatting, waiting while data was transferring between phones, waiting for scripts to run on a desktop computer, with lots of slack time to deal with the simple matter of serving a 3rd customer but choosing to chit-chat instead. A fourth customer that had walked in, got so frustrated with the glacial pace of the service that he walked out. Finally, one of the techs, asked us what we wanted, spent 30 seconds retrieving our phone from the back, and handed it to the first tech that had skillfully ignored us for the first 15 minutes. After another 15 minutes, the second technician, finally stepped up again to settle the invoice with us. We waiting over 30 minutes for 2 - less than 1 minute interactions. We will avoid this store in the future.

If, like me, you think you need to do a pricey upgrade because your screen is cracked or wonky and it's not running like it used to....I highly recommend you bring it here first. Fantastic experience and zero pressure! Caitlin (the manager) called me before they opened to confirm the appointment I booked the night before, go over my issues, and gave me a soft estimate. When I went it, she had me show her what was going on, told me what was going to need to be fixed, answered my questions, and gave me a firm quote. Preston was the tech that worked on my phone and had it done quicker than I expected. He also went over the repairs and diagnostic results and answered any other questions I had. There were no surprises. They were both very knowledgeable and professional while also making their business space very comfortable.
