Called about 10 times over the course of a few days and never had my call answered. I had to go in the store to find out that they have the same prices as Staples, but give half the amount of credit for certain empty cartridges. Staples has an excellent rewards program now, too, so I prefer them

The best place for ink and all printer supplies in Sierra Vista. Very knowledgeable owner. Excellent prices on re-manufactured ink cartridges. I have been purchasing all printer supplies here for years. Will take your old printers and recycle them at no charge. Discount on ink and toner supplies if you bring in your old cartridges. Conveniently located in the Safeway Plaza, so it's basically "one stop shopping" for me after a grocery stop. You won't be disappointed.

If you want to support local business, this is the place for all of your printing needs. We haven't found any place in town that can beat Toner West's prices, not to mention exchanging used cartridges for a discount on your purchase. I've been taking my printers here for years when they act up. The owner is great at explaining what the issue is and fixing it right there on the spot while I wait. You can't get that kind of service by online shopping. f you want to keep your money locally here in Cochise County, I highly recommend Toner West.

As a lifelong personal-computer user, from way back in the 60s and 70s, I can honestly say that TonerWest's knowledgeable owner, personal service, fair prices, and policy of recycling toner cartridges, drums, and whole printers sets this shop apart from the mainstream. As to the gent who knocked TW for prices higher than those in Tempe (I doubt it) ... perhaps, but then we'd have to drive 100 miles to Tempe. Most of us out this way prefer cruising our scenic desert and ranch roads to Sierra Vista from our homes in Sonoita, Elgin, Nogales, Harshaw, Sierra Vista, Fort Huachuca, Wilcox, and my hometown, Patagonia, just 40 beautiful --and sometimes exciting, with roiling clouds and sheets of rain -- minutes away! (And Food City's just next door! Yum!)

This little place is GREAT! Very reasonable ink cartridges - you can get original equipment or refilled cartridges - all work perfectly. And, the owner is extremely knowledgeable on ink and printers. It's my GO TO place these days!
