I needed a new printer. Two different sales people helped. One in selecting the one I wanted, and another in getting one since all of them on the floor were gone. They were cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful.

I own a business that requires many often visits to the nearest Staples which is in Sierra Vista AZ. I have never had an unsuccessful visit. From product availability to assistance from the employees, it has all been exceptional!

Staples has a ready supply of office materials at a competitive price. I do wish they managed their associates better. I've been to the local store several times and it was understaffed.

Super disappointed. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Wish this town had an Office Max, or some other office supply store. Walmart would have been better than going here. I didn’t get anyone’s name; I just wanted to leave. The checker girl at the checkout was nice 😊.
