Stopped in to get a new battery for my iPhone. Dakota helped me and was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast! He was able to get the repair done in no time and was such a pleasure! Called the location, quick response. Entered a clean, welcoming store. Rep helped solve my issue as it was an emergence and got me back to work fast. Rep also educated me on a few things regarding other products. Helped a customer save money by sending her item back to the manufacturer to save money since they’ll cover her needs.
