SUPER helpful Apple Store!! If you’re looking for a great experience at an Apple Store, this is the place to go. I stopped in with several questions about upgrading from an older iPad to a newer model, switching to the latest iPhone, and learning more about AirPods and AirPods Max. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was how helpful and informative they were. They didn’t just try to push me into buying something; instead, they took the time to explain the differences between models, help me figure out what would best suit my needs, and even shared tips I hadn’t thought to ask about. They knew their stuff, but they also explained things in a way that made sense—not overly technical, just straight-up helpful. The employees were personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had all the info I needed. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch, just a great conversation with people who actually want to help. I left with zero unanswered questions and felt confident about my next steps. As always, every Apple Store is a well managed company, everything is so well organized and their staff is superb, this one was just as great.

First time going into an Apple Store. Seeing all of the products was pretty fun to gain a better understanding of the products available. The associates didn’t feel pushy and I appreciate that. The only reason for the four star rating is due to that no one told me how to check out here. I didn’t know the products were waiting on a table until I was looking for the person who helped.

Both my daughter and I picked out wired headphones for our phones. We were approached by a younger male employee who asked if we needed help. We said we were all set. He asked if we had the correct headphones for our phones. We said yes. He continued, asking which phone we each had. Really? Do we not know what we’re doing bc we’re female or is it everybody? Listen to your customers

Female Manager and female attendant at the apple Genius Bar had mouths of them, never seen an employee shake their head at me while expressing my frustration. Still confused why you have to set an appointment saying exactly what physical damage is done to your phone to have to wait until the next day to have repaired. Terrible management and customer satisfaction comes last with this place.
