Be careful this store is a scam they wanted me to pay $400 to buy a new iPad which I was still under warranty and the reason why they wanted me to pay is because they felt that the iPad was bent as you see in the pictures the iPad is perfectly fine the manager name is Zach be careful all they want is your money Worst Management ever!! I'm going to take this up to corporate to see what they can do

During my recent visit to this Apple Store, I experienced exceptional customer service. Bailey and two other of her colleagues went above and beyond to assist us with a frozen phone issue, resolving it promptly despite our lack of appointment. Her expertise and dedication were truly impressive. I highly recommend this store, as it consistently delivers superior service compared to other Apple Stores I've visited.

I’ve been an Apple customer for years, but after my recent experience at this store, I’m done. I went in to buy a new phone, and the process was a disaster from start to finish. Brooke was the worst of all, who deleted 11 months of my messages and a year and a half of my photos, because she cleared my phone before it was done syncing to iCloud. I ended up being there for over 4 hours with no resolution. When I finally spoke to the manager, all he could offer was that he was “manifesting everything would be okay”—as if that would fix anything. The staff at this location is rude, condescending, and regularly grabbed my phone out of my hands without explanation. I’ve been a fan of Apple products for years, but after this experience, I will never buy another product from them again.

We spent from 4:30PM to 8 o'clock PM setting up the phone, which could have been stressful, but Jenny and Gabby did an excellent job of keeping us calm and relaxed.
