Need to replace the battery in my Mac, it says it needs a new battery but they will not replace the battery with out paying the Data Doctors $59 diagnostic fee. The computer says it needs a new battery, can't we use that as the diagnostic? . Update: AFTER I posted this message, I get a note saying: The evaluation charge always applies to the repair cost so you are not out the money you spent on the evaluation. . Too bad the person I talked to on the phone couldn't be bothered to tell me that. . All in all seems shady that the person on the phone says one thing then the messages say another. . Also the person on the phone could not be bothered to tell me the price for a new battery for my laptop just that it can be expensive. . What if I take it in and they tell me $700 for a new batter but we will use your $59 diagnostic fee!! . Seems like a VERY NON-transparent and non-professional way to do business and allows them to hide fees and costs until it is too late.

Nathan and Tanner are exceptional in every way! Very knowledgeable and caring. We have talked with Nathan a number of times over the phone and in person and he is always willing to answer our questions and is very patient and helpful. Recommend them both highly!

Went in to get my laptop looked at. Since it is a Chromebook, they kept talking ,but not giving info, just reasons he didn't want to look at it. I Guess I intrupted his Minecraft game. I asked for a straight answer and the rep just talked down to me and kept himming and hawing not giving any answer. I just wanted a yes or no as an answer if they could look at it. When I finally got a smigion of an answer, it was well its not worth it. He did not give me a price quote for me to make the determination if I want to move forward. I ended up going to Cactus Computers where they fixed it in a matter of minutes and charged a reasonable price. Message to owner, they are talking toy out of a lot of sales.
