Frieda, if I recall her name correctly was very informative and friendly. I brought in my Pixel, which had a pitted area and a crack in the screen. She said we will have it fixed in 2 hours. And she was right. We came back in 2 hours. It was fixed! I recommend this business. 💯🙂

Went into the store and they told us they were busy, so we SCHEDULED an appointment almost a week out with all of the information about what type of phone and repair is needed, and they told us it would take about an hour. Then the day of our appointment came in, we drove all the way out to that store, and they told us it’s first come first serve, so our appointment didn’t even matter, and that with that type of repair we needed, it won’t be ready until three days out versus the hour we were originally told. What a waste of our time. Expect to be told one thing and then that not be the case. And don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment. It won’t matter to them.

Though they couldn't get my phone unlocked, they did their best and used all available resources. Then they didn't charge me anything since they couldn't fix my problem! I will go back for other repairs in the future. This one was unique and there are few places that can fix it.

Friendly service and made quite the quick repair, was a bit costly but it was much less than buying a new device.

Thank you so much for fixing my phone. It had been so annoying having a shattered screen and such a fickle charging port. I didn't realize how much stress it was causing me; I feel like a huge burden has been lifted off of me, as strange as that sounds. On top of that, I spent $150 instead of $1500 to basically get a brand new phone.
