These guys are amazing!! They operate with honesty and integrity, which is something that is hard to find these days. They work on both my business and my personal computers, and are always there to help with anything I need no matter how big or small the problem. Me and my husband are not very computer literate. Vance took so much time with us. My 15 year old computer finally died and they sold me a refurbished for $150. They were able to get all of my information off of my old one and transfer it to my new one. Then he took at least an hour cleaning up not only my computer but also my phone. He made sure that I was able to get into all of my apps successfully. I would whole heartedly recommend this company and its two owners to anyone with computer problems.

My computer started having problems, making a loud noise. I called Benchmark Computers and they came to my house, I told them I wanted the computer replaced, it was over 15 years old, but I wanted it to look and work the same as before. They took the computer and the next day brought back the replacement. Everything was exactly the way it was, except of course the old noisy computer was gone. Vince and Don are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly to work with. I would recommend them to anyone having computer issues both software and hardware.
