I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! Enrique was outstanding - quick to reply, upfront about the price, and very fair. I fully expected to be without my PC for a few days to a week, getting constant blue screens and unable to boot or reinstall windows, but Enrique figured it out and called me back the same day I dropped it off. Not only did he figure out that both my RAM sticks had given out at once to cause the issue (just my luck), but he had new sticks ready to go and Windows fully reinstalled and running. Obviously, I hope that nothing breaks again going forward, but if it does, I'll gladly go back to Phoenix CPU repair. Thank you again!

Called to find out how much it was for a motherboard to be replaced and was quoted a fair price. I met Enrique on Thursday afternoon and he had it ready on Friday morning. All in all I was very happy with the work he did.

Oh my gosh guys! Enrique is the BEST! He looks at your computer and is able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly. He does all the leg work in finding you the parts that you need and he is very consistent with communication! He is very knowledgeable about computers! He is also very sweet and friendly and genuinely wants to help you. And he doesn't charge an arm and a leg. His prices for labor is more than fair and you walk away with a practically perfect computer! I would recommend him to anyone and am definitely coming back when I have more computer issues. Dont sleep on Enrique guys! He's the best! Hands down!

Enrique, is the bomb! I had taken my lap top to "U BREAK WE FIX" for overheating and they put in a wrong fan, so now the motherboard got fried. Enrique was able to diagnose the problem, and fix it. I highly recommend Phoenix CPU Repair, Enrique
