Do not use this service. Dave is incompetent and lazy. I lost 6 years of information due to his negligence and incompetence. He offers little to no help and uses excuses to bill you for his time because he has no clue what’s he’s doing.

We have used PC HelpForce on a number of occasions and every time they solved any computer issue I had, including explaining in detail what they did so maybe I would not have to call again if the same issue came up. A month ago, my wife got a new computer and 43" monitor and PC HelpForce set up up. Reloaded all the programs and it works great. We did have a few issues with Windows 11 and programs so we had them back out this week to solve those issues. Got it done quickly and no issues. Thank you Bill!
