My appointment was scheduled for 11a, but they were able to see me well before. My charging port was not working and we learned it was just really dirty. Hubby works in wood and several chips got stuck in the port from all of the dust kicking up. Sandy gave me great advice to help protect the port in the future and did a quick job of cleaning/sanitizing! This store was so close and the service was wonderful. No need to go anywhere else for repairs. This is the place to visit. FYI - if using warranty, make sure you use the link they provide only. It’s linked to the services/parts you may need. 5-Stars all around!!!

Geek squad is useless. Called the day before and was given quotes for them to fix the charging port or replace the battery on an iPad, schedule an appt for the next day, drive out, and all they can do is charge me $420 for a new one and send it to Apple? So they aren't totally Apple certified and wasted my time?! Fantastic

Nice guys but a waste of money. They literally could not answer a single one of my questions in store, on chat, or on the phone. To fix a computer they'll mail it in and you'll have nothing for weeks! I cancelled the membership. Don't waste your money!

appointment at 3Pm. Joshua Carrasquillo greeted me with a smile friendliness and took me 20mins early before my appointment. He was very quick, patient and knowledgeable about my situation with my laptop. Fantastic customer service and most definitely will return. Thanks for the great experience.

Geek Squad was originally formed in 1994 and the agents were providing quality technical support by going around on a bicycle. The agents were easily identifiable by their badges, black pants, white shirts and also the signature Geek Mobiles. In time, the Geek Squad as a company became extremely successful because of being responsive and providing quick and professional service in the US and Canada. As a result in 2002 the Geek Squad became a part of Best Buy and in 2004 it expanded its services beyond its computer tech origin in order to help out with everything from appliance repairs to car, home theater and smart home installations. The Geek Squad agents make up one of five roles within Geek Squad and their uniform varies by the type of service the agent provides.
