I have known Mark the owner going back 40 years. He is honest and knows what he is talking about. When it comes to TV repair it takes a good deal of work to figure out how to and what it will take to repair, even then you are not going to be able to predict other issues that you cannot see until tv is running. So to think that anyone would want to do that for free is silly. Mark will give you a fair shake and that's the best you can do.

This place is great. You can either have them fix your TV or you can buy the parts and fix it yourself. Saved me from buying a new TV vs fixing the power board for cheap. They'll work with you on anything. Very trustworthy. The owner and his son were friendly and very helpful!

I have been coming into this shop since the late 1990s, when Essie was still there. I was always very pleased with their work. Joann is wonderful. The owner if friendly. The work is efficient. They never seem to have much to sell. Only use this place as a repair shop.

Would give less than 1 if I could. They scammed me out of $50. Tv was placed with them for repair was given the price of $169, I put down the $50 deposit plus $50 more, total of $100. A week later I'm told it's gonna cost an additional $245, for a 50in LED,, come on now. I told them forget it, I can replace the whole tv for that amount, then was advised well I will only get $50 back of the $100 I put down. Beware of this place, bad business!!!

I had a great experience with Fergie's. Unfortunately it wasn't going to be worth the money to fix my TV, but the owner was upfront and honest. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
