I cannot express how much I appreciate the work done here. Recently, when my computer stopped working as a result of a software issue caused by the learning platform required by my school, Dustin was able to rectify the issue quickly and effectively. He was communicative and friendly, and made me feel at ease during the whole process. I would highly recommend Data Doctors to anyone experiencing computer issues, regardless of how complicated or how mundane. They've always done an excellent job with my technology, and I will continue to use them as long as they are in business.

I had some items hanging after a data transfer to a new laptop. Dustin contacted me and set aside a time he could go through the things I mentioned. He was able to set it all to my expectations and seems to be working again. Thanks Dustin

I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to poor service and unfriendly staff. The employees were quite rude and unprofessional in their interactions with customers. During my first visit to drop off my laptop for a diagnostic, the staff member on duty spent a long time on the phone, leaving me waiting for 15 minutes without any acknowledgment. On my second visit to pick up my laptop after the diagnostic, another employee was also very unhelpful and attempted to prevent me from taking my laptop home, despite the fact that I had already paid for the service. His attitude was unacceptable. I typically refrain from leaving negative comments about services, but this experience compelled me to express my concerns. I will not be returning to this store in the future. I urge you to consider this feedback and provide additional training for your staff on how to handle customer interactions more professionally.

Data Doctors took care of all my computer requirements throughout one whole year for one set price for all visits. They were thorough with finding out what was happening when I received alerts on my laptop. Quarterly they went through my computer and cleared out error messages, or confirmed that the computer was free from attacks. They made recommendations for storage and were always available on the phone for quick questions and for setting up appointments. I am clueless when it comes to technology and they made me realize how important it is to have a safety net and have my computer checked quarterly. What a relief not to have to worry about the performance or lurking issues that need attention. Thank you

I have an annual contract for remote updates. I called the office for my quarterly update and it had closed. They referred me to an out of state office. The update was made and my computer would not work after it was done. When I called the office I was informed that it happened to several other customers and it was a result of a software issue they were not aware of. Seems a computer company who deals with updates should be aware of faulty issues before they work on other people’s computers. They did offer to send a person out to my home to try to resolve the problem but I was told if it couldn’t be fixed in an hour, that we would be billed $79.99/hour for as long as it took to fix it. After using this company for years, we have discontinued our contract and hope they are able to fix the customer service problems and resolve the software issues before others are having to deal with loss of use and documentation.
