I am really appreciative of how quickly they scheduled my MacBook screen repair. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by a courteous representative and advised it would take 4 to 6 hours to make the repair. However, they actually finished up in less than 3 hours. The repair is great and my mac is working back like it was before.

Traveling to Phoenix over Thanksgiving, my iPhone stopped accepting a charge. Today (Friday) I called, explained my problem and said they’d clean the port for me - no charge- and see if that fixed it. It did and it saved me an entire day of my vacation of driving to an Apple Store, waiting around to get seen and then possibly guided toward buying a new phone. Kudos for fast and honest service and know how

Good repair, poor communication. Bottom line: don't expect them to call you when the part comes in or when the repair is complete. Read on for more... When I ordered the part for an iPhone 14, they said it would be "3-5 business days" for the part to come in. A week later and no call. So, I called and they said they had the part and meant to call. That day, I drop the phone off for the "one hour install" of said part and they said they'd call me when complete. 3 hours later, no call back. I called them and the repair was complete. So two promises to call but they didn't.

I'm very happy with the services CPR provides. I had my phone repaired in no time. Mr. K did a great job. Thank you. I went back again for a different issue. The staff saved me $100's just by making an adjustment. I'm very grateful.

I paid CPR $80 to replace my cell phone's battery. After the replacement, I noticed the battery was loose and shifting around as I turned the phone from side to side. 4 weeks later, when my phone went completely dead, I returned to the store (45 min drive) and asked the person at the front desk if he could take a look and see what was going on. The person at the front desk said I would have to leave the phone at the store and he might be able to get to it in a few hours. I explained the situation with the loose battery ever since CPR did the replacement, so I feel it was unacceptable the employee did not prioritize my situation and take a quick look, especially since CPR was at fault for the no good repair. Frustrated and unable to go the rest of the day (or who knows how long) without a phone, I left the store to purchase a new phone. I felt like the loose battery was what caused my phone to go dead, so I took the phone apart later that evening. Turns out, CPR did not use adhesive when they replaced my battery (they also replaced it with a refurbished battery btw), so the sliding around caused severed connection from my battery to the circuit board (see attached pictures). I called the store to explain the situation, but was told the replacement was no longer under warranty because of the no good repair. At this point, I don't care about the warranty and the money, and I understand mistakes can happen during a repair, but I think the lack of service and accountability when I returned to the store with a repair that was no good was totally unacceptable.
