Helpful, courteous service. My laptop had a hard drive issue and it needed to be replaced. I took them my laptop and a new replacement drive I ordered myself from Dell and they replaced it for me. They also pointed out a problem with the battery and were able to replace it with a cost-effective alternative rather than an original part. The service was done in a timely manner. I recommend them for your computer needs in the Vistancia area of North Peoria.

I have built multiple computers myself over the years but at that point in my life that I no longer have the patience (nor energy) to do it so reached out to 1st Computer Solutions to see if they were up for it. Worked with Chris who took my parts and a pretty detailed list of instructions (specific wiring I wanted orientation of fans and gpu etc) and put this beauty together. Premium parts deserved a premium build and Chris and 1st Computer Solutions delivered. Will definitely work with them again should the need come up.
