Don't get any repairs here. A Samsung Galaxy S10+ was brought into the shop on a Monday for a simple screen replacement for a client, Jeremiah Shambaugh. Important part of the story the phone was still receiving calls but could not see them or answer them. 2 hours he comes back and they said the phone rejected the new screen, from a technical standpoint how? Nothing on Google supports this claim. But anyways technician says they're getting him a new screen the coming Wednesday (was delayed) so come Thursday he received a seemingly fixed phone only to find out it's stuck in a boot loop, cannot get past passcode, therefore he could not turn his phone off airplane mode... Well here's the kicker, his phone was off airplane mode before I gave it to them because he was receiving calls. He couldn't even turn it on to airplane mode anyways because the screen was unusable. The technician said "you shouldn't dump any more money into this phone" and said he would give him a $220 credit towards a new refurbished phone.... They broke his phone at some point after fixing the screen and tried selling him a new one... Criminals. Being in a technical field, this is the only logical conclusion. The phone had service, and was off airplane mode, but the screen was unusable. Magically, during the "repair" process, the screen is usable and able to get past the passcode to enable airplane mode, but when is handed to my friend won't even get past the passcode without rebooting. Reading on this issue it is a firmware issue through and through, not the battery, it doesn't reboot when in recovery mode, and it is not the apps downloaded, because in safe mode (all apps disabled) problem still persists exactly as described. There is a simple solution which is install the current firmware via computer. But they didn't want to fix it, they intentionally caused a firmware issue to find a way to make more money off him.

Called for a quote on an hdmi repair and was quoted $180 dollars, $100 dollars more than the same wireless toys place down the street. Why someone would pay that much when you could get a brand new one for $200 dollars is crazy. The only reason I called for a second quote was because the guy who normally did it at my main spot is on vacation. But then being told the part is expensive is beyond wild. Like why lie? I pay labor no matter what even a small upcharge, but $180 dollars for a repair on an hdmi port ? Really sad.

I once left a switch with them, they told me the day it would be ready, I called that day, they got angry for asking and told me it was no longer working. They only stole my money, another technician fixed it for me for 50 dollars
