The Orchard

My grandma has been a resident at this senior apartment community for over a year now. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The grounds are well-maintained and the common areas are always clean and inviting. She loves the sense of community here - there are always activities and events going on that give her the opportunity to socialize and make new friends. The residents are all so kind and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this senior apartment community to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive place to call home. It has truly enhanced her quality of life and I am grateful she is a part of such a wonderful community.

I have lived at Orchard Mesa for six years. Like other things in our life when a change occurs we have to adjust. I have found it a comfortable area to live. I can walk to most places in the area. Our grounds are taken care of on a weekly bases. Any request I have made concerning my apartment have been met in a timely manner. Our activity director has many interesting events through out the month. Card playing, weekly bingo, puzzles, music etc. The shuttle is a great for getting us out and about. All in all it is mostly what a person wants to make of their living situation.

The Orchard was such a Godsent in my mom's life. This is way more than an apartment complex; it is truly a community of dedicated staff that look after senior residents and on top of providing housing for an affordable price, they provide a variety of activities and recreational facilities. There was a wait list to get my mom her apartment, and Miss Mollie helped us along the way for many months. Mollie was always kind, responsive, and willing to make the process as easy as possible. I don't live in Arizona, but since my mom moved to Mesa, I have the piece of mind that she is in a safe place surrounded by incredible people that will treat her with kindness. I am forever grateful to Mollie for all of her time she dedicated to getting us to the finish line to sign my mom's lease! 🙏🏻

Our experience living at the Orchard Mesa Apartments has been outstanding!!! Every member of the office and maintenance staff have responded to our day to day needs timely and accurately! The Activities have been "top of the line"!!! We appreciate Jesse Recker so much for treating us like family during our residency. Looking forward to many more years ahead here at the Orchard Mesa.

I Work For Rainforest Plumbing & Air... Started out with giving my contact on site a call when I arrived. When I got there he had came to my van to meet me supervisor Vencent... then meet up with Technician Edward. Once at Building 14 we saw a mainline water leak and he asked if I could get it done asap please I said yeah... made some calls got the right people on the job with me. They helped me and were super kind individuals & very professional No matter the time they stuck it out till the job was done... I give them gentleman a 5 star review for there great service for the Orchard Mesa Community.
