I wouldn’t recommend. They had my board for over a month, did a horrible job communicating and then never actually did the work. I picked up the board and did the work myself. If you use them you will need to do the work of getting status etc etc. He did mention that the place he gets parts from messed up his order twice by sending it to the wrong place. I would have never known this unless I called.

I'm not sure why this place is still even open. I brought my laptop in before noon and was assured by Sebastian to get a callback with a diagnosis by 2. I never got a call. I called the next morning and was told to call back. Instead I headed to JCC to see what was going on. Sebastian basically told me he had a lot of other projects to handle and did not have time to get to my laptop. Funny thing is he was hanging out with his friends, laughing and eating both when I left my laptop there AND when I came to pick it up. I was charged 20 bucks just for the "diagnosis" of my laptop but he never even looked at it. I should have just went to best buy.

They did a amazing job on my large 65" smart TV. Picture went completely black and they were able to fix it. Thanks guys. Very polite and helpful to.
