I will not return to this store or company. I had an issue performing a factory reset on a laptop I wanted to pass on to a family member. I brought it to this store, and they recommended a fresh Windows installation. Since they are the experts, I followed their recommendation and paid $100. I was originally told the repair would take three days, but it ended up taking over a week. I had to call the store to check on the status, and only then was the repair completed. When my family member opened the laptop a week or two later, my name and account still appeared, preventing the creation of a new account. This indicated that the original issue had not been resolved. I called the store twice, left two voicemails, and did not receive a call back. I then contacted uBreakiFix support via email twice. A support team member eventually called me, stating that the store team had informed her that I had asked for a Windows installation and that further charges would likely be required to fully resolve the issue. However, I did not initially request a Windows installation—I asked for assistance with the factory reset issue, and the fresh Windows installation was their suggested solution. The support representative ultimately offered a refund. Based on my experience, I would not return to this store. The resolution process took significantly longer than expected, and I had to escalate the issue through customer support to receive assistance.

I was told the repair would take 3 hours. I arranged to pick up the phone the next day. When I showed up, during business hours, the doors were locked and the lights were off. I called and left multiple messages. No one ever called me back. I came back the next day and picked up the phone. When I mentioned the issue, the employee didn’t seem to care very much.

I just now saw this. I did a review. I'll do this one too. These guys are Awesomeness !!! I couldn't put a tip on my card so I went and got a $20 gift card for the Black Bear restaurant for the tech who fixed my phone. I'm so grateful. And I'll do it again. My stress level and anxiety went back to normal. That alone is worth $$$. Tip these Men. They are worth their weight in Gold. 👍 You don't have to. I tip when I get good service. And here, you get Great service.

I've been here 3 times. Have issues with being able to hold my phone. HA. They are Awesomeness ! Thank You guys so much. I couldn't put a tip on my card for them so... I got a gift card for the tech who worked on my phone. I think everyone should. What would we do without these guys ? ❤️

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Failed Appointment and Poor Service Experience Dear uBreakiFix Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Goodyear, AZ location after scheduling a Samsung repair appointment. On Sunday, February 9, 2025, I booked an appointment through Samsung’s website for my Galaxy Z Flip5 (512GB, AT&T). I received a confirmation email, and my appointment was set for 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM with Ticket Number xxxx8025. I arrived as scheduled between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM, but I encountered the following issues: 1.Long Wait Time Despite Scheduled Appointment: •The line was excessively long, and having a scheduled appointment provided no advantage in terms of service priority. 2.Lack of Professionalism & Assistance: •I spoke with an employee named Juese, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful. •There was no clear process for handling scheduled appointments, which led to unnecessary delays. Additionally, I was informed that I would have to either reschedule another appointment through Samsung or pay out of pocket for the repair. This is unacceptable—why would I book another appointment through Samsung when my first confirmed appointment was ignored? If Samsung is directing customers to your location for repairs, then I expect proper service without additional inconvenience or unexpected costs. Requested Resolution: I kindly request a formal response addressing the following: •Why my confirmed appointment was not honored despite scheduling through Samsung. •What improvements will be made to ensure scheduled customers are properly accommodated. •Whether compensation or another form of resolution can be provided for the inconvenience. I expect a written response within 7-10 business days. If no resolution is offered, I will escalate this matter to Samsung customer support, corporate offices, and consumer protection agencies.
